ao3viddersThank you to everyone who's stopped by, joined and/or watched and expressed an interest in the AO3 Vidder Auction. We hope to raise some funds and awareness for the awesome project that is OTW's Archive Of Our Own and, of course, to create/watch some new and exciting vids. ;)

Vidders, please use the form below to sign-up to offer a vid in our AO3 Vidder Auction. Provide as much or as little detail as you'd like.
Name: how you'd like your auction posted: NAME'S AUCTION
Email address (mod use only): this will not be published anywhere - it's just in case the mods need to reach you.
Fandoms I can vid: list as many or as few as you'd like
Other preferences (genres/pairings/music/etc): general notes about things you like to vid, character preferences, music genres, etc
Things I can't vid: a character/pairing in your fandom you just can't stand/can't vid, music that hurts your ears, etc.
Where you can find samples of my vids: link
Preferred contact method for bidders (will be included in your auction): PM, email, through the mod's, etc.
Would you be willing to consider pinch hitting?: You're not committing to anything here, we're just seeing who we could possible reach out to in the unlikely event it's needed.
On May 16th, this information will be used to create a post for YOUR auction (with the exception of the 'mod-use-only' email address section). Feel free to be as specific or as vague in your vidding preferences as you'd like. Keep in mind that this will be the detail outlining what a bidder can expect should they win your auction. Vidders will not be required to make a vid for a specific song/scene/character unless they have outlined it or have made arrangements with the bidder to do so.
At the end of the auction, we will check to make sure you and your winning bidder are in contact and that both parties are in agreement about the terms of the vid, etc. The mods will also handle confirming donations with the bidders.
You may post your vid wherever and in whatever format you prefer and post a link to the community. If your current method of vid-sharing becomes unavailable and you need resource suggestions, please let us know. You can also check out a list here @ this post. Also, if you find you will not be able to complete the vid, we ask that you let us know by July 31st. We hope to see all vids posted by mid-August.
