I am now on ao3 and I want to start posting some of my vids there. So I noticed before there was an auction for vids, and then also a fic exchange. Is it ok for just anyone to share their ao3 vids in here when there isn't like an auction or a vid exchange?

I think this community was used for the exchange alone -- but have you tried vidding?
