Hmmmm,,,,, I've been getting notices about new codec when I open some vids I've downloaded recently. MPEG being the default when I open them. I just close and open in VLC or QV and play them. But considering I haven't tried any new sources in a while and just stuck with my VOB files in MPEG, I'm not sure if I would know of updates??

IDK, I don't use the avi format so maybe I'm just talking outta my butt. ((SORRY! I'm not very helpful am I?))
